OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN
KidsZone—Sunday 10:30
Kids Zone is a fun filled Worship Service for the students. We will be singing, taking communion, and having a lesson along with a fun activity that helps drive home the principle of our Bible story. We want to be able to have a format that allows the kids to know what to expect from an adult service but at the same time is high energy and fun enough to keep their attention. The students will learn a new Bible story every week that has earthly application like making wise decisions and being a Godly leader. Our goal is to enforce these Biblical principles in a fun and meaningful way so that God’s Words can shape the students’ lives.
Kids church is going deep. We are learning from Jesus’ example during his ministry on earth. We are learning that any time we are serving anyone we are really serving Jesus and we are also learning that Jesus is the best example for us and by learning scripture we can learn to walk in the ways of the Lord. The goal for this is to see God mold your child into an amazing disciple for Him.
Wednesday—7:00pm
Wednesday nights we are having PARTY! We are continuing to celebrate different Hebrew and traditional Christian holidays and learning the real meaning of those. It is a blast and highly energetic every week so this creates a great atmosphere for our kids to introduce church and God to their friends. God is doing great things with our children here at RFCC!
Opportunities for teens
Sunday School — Sunday 9:30am
This time is used to take a deeper look into individual books of the Bible. We meet at 9:30am to study the Book of John and how Jesus was God in the flesh.
H2O — Sunday 6pm
H2O is our Sunday night small group that begins at 6. We will be learning how to take our relationship with Christ to the next level.
The Heartbeat — Wednesday 7pm
We have moved into a generation of young leaders who have a passion to surrender the American dream if necessary in order to embrace fully, compassionately, and wholeheartedly a bigger dream—the Great Commission. We are wrestling with this idea every Wednesday and seeing that giving up everything for Christ is more than worth and our small sacrifices and make the eternal difference for our peers!
